One Lap Around the Sun
Yesterday was my birthday – 3/19 was the last day of a season moving into a new one...wildly appropriate. And while I’ve never been one to make a big production out of the day itself, this one feels different. Not because of the number (46…we’re owning it), but because it quietly marks something far more meaningful: One year of Radiant Wealth Blog.

One Lap Around the Sun
Yesterday was my birthday – 3/19 was the last day of a season moving into a new one...wildly appropriate.
And while I’ve never been one to make a big production out of the day itself, this one feels different. Not because of the number (46…we’re owning it), but because it quietly marks something far more meaningful:
One year of Radiant Wealth Blog.
What started as a space to think out loud - to connect the dots between health, wealth, and mindset - has evolved into something more intentional than I ever expected. Not louder. Not busier. Just… more aligned.
And if I look back honestly, this past year wasn’t about doing more.
It was about doing better.
Refining How I Show Up
There’s a version of growth that looks impressive from the outside - more clients, more opportunities, more momentum. And yes, those things happened. My wealth management practice expanded and the business continued to move forward in all the ways it “should.”
But that wasn’t the real shift.
The real shift was in how I showed up inside of it.
I became more intentional with my systems, more thoughtful about processes, and more present with both my clients and my team. Less reactive, more deliberate. Less caught up in movement for the sake of movement, and more focused on creating an experience that actually reflects the level of care and precision I believe in.
Because growth without structure has a way of catching up with you. And I’ve learned that refining the foundation is often the most important work - whether anyone sees it or not.
Going Deeper in the Work
My work in executive coaching has stretched me in the best way this year.
Dentistry, on the surface, can look very clinical and procedural. But the deeper you go, the more you realize it’s about people - leadership, culture, communication, identity. The things that don’t show up on a P&L, but absolutely determine how that P&L performs.
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside practice owners who are navigating growth, team dynamics, burnout, and the constant pull between running a business and living a life. And what continues to stand out is this:
Most of the challenges they face aren’t rooted in a lack of strategy. They’re rooted in awareness.
Patterns that go unnoticed. Habits that feel normal but quietly limit growth. Blind spots that no one has ever asked them to look at directly.
My role has evolved beyond simply advising. It’s about helping people see clearly - so they can lead differently, decide differently, and ultimately build something that doesn’t just function… but actually feels sustainable.
Expanding the Wellness Conversation
This year also deepened my work in wellness in a way that feels incredibly aligned.
I’m still teaching at Equinox, which continues to be one of my favorite ways to connect with people in real time. There’s something about being in a room together, moving, pushing, and showing up physically that grounds everything else I do.
But beyond that, I’ve found myself leaning further into conversations around hormone health, inflammation, and the realities of how our bodies change over time - especially for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
What started as personal curiosity turned into deeper exploration, collaboration with physicians across specialties, and ultimately a way to support others who feel like something is “off,” but haven’t been given clear direction on what to do next.
There’s a lot of noise in this space. A lot of conflicting information. And not nearly enough grounded, thoughtful guidance.
Being able to help bridge that gap - between confusion and clarity - has been one of the most meaningful expansions of my work this year.
The Quiet Work No One Sees
Behind all of this, there’s been a quieter kind of growth.
The kind that doesn’t show up in metrics or milestones, but changes everything.
More discipline in how I use my time.
More awareness around where my energy goes.
More willingness to pause and ask whether something is truly aligned…or just familiar.
And perhaps most importantly, more comfort in evolving without needing to justify it.
Because growth isn’t always loud or obvious. Sometimes it’s subtle. Sometimes it’s internal. Sometimes it looks like choosing differently in small moments that no one else would notice - but over time, those moments compound.
What Radiant Wealth Is Becoming
Radiant Wealth was never meant to live in just one lane.
It’s not just a blog. It’s not just finance. It’s not just wellness.
It’s a way of thinking about how all of these pieces intersect - and how they influence the way we live, lead, and make decisions.
And as I look ahead, I’m excited to expand how this shows up.
Leaning into more video and vlogging, because sometimes writing doesn’t fully capture the nuance of a conversation. Creating more opportunities for public speaking, where these ideas can be shared in a more dynamic, real-time way. Continuing to build a space where people can engage with these topics without the fluff, but with enough depth to actually create change.
There’s more to build here. And I’m just getting started.
And Then… There Was Sourdough
Somewhere in the middle of all of this growth, there was also bread.
Specifically, sourdough. And not casually - commitment-level sourdough.
Because if you’ve ever made it, you know it’s not something you rush. It requires patience, consistency, attention, and a willingness to adjust along the way. Sound familiar?
In many ways, it’s the perfect metaphor for everything I talk about.
You can’t shortcut the process. You can’t force the timing. And if you neglect it, it shows.
Also, let’s be clear…sourdough is the only acceptable option. This is a non-negotiable standard at this point.
Stepping Into 46
As I step into this next year, I’m not chasing more for the sake of more.
I’m focused on continuing to refine, expand, and deepen the work I get to do every day. To keep showing up in a way that feels aligned. To keep building something that’s not only successful - but meaningful.
Because this was never about arriving at some final version.
It’s about continuing to evolve into the next one.
Final Thought
If you’ve been part of this journey in any way - reading, working with me, supporting from afar – THANK YOU!
Radiant Wealth exists because of the people it connects with. And I don’t take that lightly.
One year in… and it feels like we’re just beginning.
